Camera no longer recording motion. Can manually view. Tried removing batteries and cameras.

I’ve had the pro2 cameras for 2 years now and they’ve worked fine. For the last month though, probably since the newest update, I’ve noticed they no longer record to the library. I can manually view a live shot, they detect motion when I go into motion detection settings, can be adjusted for positioning The video, but no motion is being detected on my cameras or saving when I try to set them off.

I have tried removing the batteries from cameras, removing the cameras from the base station, power cycling the base station, reconnecting everything, Ensured my iPhone’s app notifications Are all set to on/push. Nothing works! So disappointed! Please help! These are expensive door stops right now!
