Camera is not charging- have had the system for 1.5 months. Support said they will replace.

Customer service is horrible. Camera is not charging- have had the system for 1.5 months. Customer service reps lie- was told that they would replace camera and battery. Spoke to another rep and did not have any of the info and wanted to go over troubleshooting process again. Totally disappointed in customer service. Will be returning product to the store. Worst experience. I do not recommend product- they do not stand by their one year warranty.
