Camera infrared LEDs turns on even when disarmed. Tried power cycle reset.

The infrared lights turn on even when the whole base station is disarmed. I have tried already performed power cycle reset by turn devices on and off. However, it feels like my cameras are hacked and someone is watching us.

First,  if in doubt is to change your password to a strong one.

Second, I've seen this in the past... use to happen now and then.

I would use REMOVE DEVICE on the camera to remove all settings in base and bring it back as if new to rebuild same.
