CVR not lined to my cameras

I have a live subscription for CVR but it is not running on my cameras. It asks me to subscribe again. Does anyone know how to link my CVR subscription back to my cameras?

Have you added the cameras to the subscription?

Hi @michaelkenward, thank you for your help. When I click on the Manage Cameras link it doesn't work. Just clicks without forwarding me to the next step.

 

I've emailed/sent a message through Arlo support but not had a reply yet. I think in the past I was able to use the Live Chat, but that seems to have stopped working too now.

 

Any additional help is always very welcome 🙂
