Camera continuously goes offline. Removed camera and reconnected. Change battery.

Camera continuously goes offline. Removed camera and reconnected. Worked for a while then went offline. Has been in same spot for over a year with nil issues. Have also changed out battery with no success. Any one with a solution?

Has anything else changed in the time frame... new wifi, new router, new nodes, etc?

 

Also try and swap cameras with a diff one to see if the issue follows the camera or is it location

I am in the same situation

Recharged battery on camera (not the first time)

Would register as offline on the app

Tried to remove battery and replace - would resync for a few minutes then go offline

Have tried over 10 times - would anyone have a remedy

Have tried to contact Arlo Support - Keeps telling me error and to call

Called yesterday waited for more than 30 minutes despite being "1st in queue" and then gave up

Today call in morning - was told i was 14th

Support has been extremely poor so far
