Firmware: 1.125.13.0_31717

I have to yell into my Samsung S9 cell phone to barely hear my Arlo Wireless speakers. Turning up Cell Phone volume helped a little, but not much. Any ideas?

Test and confirm it is the phone by using a computer at https://arlo.netgear.com

 

And/Or  try an external mic ( like one in ear buds for phone call )
