Camera Says Offline When Signed In To App

After sign in on android app. Get s message stating All cameras are onffline. Please check internet server.

test on a computer if able at https://arlo.netgear.com/

 

this will show if system or app/phone.

 

If still NG, first try a reset with the power button on base ( off- on ) let reset , it takes about 2 mins max
