Camera Not Showing on Home Screen

I have three cameras but only 2 are showing on my home screen in the app. I'm still getting notifications from the missing camera and can see the recordings in my library but I don't have it on the home screen to see live footage. Please help!

1. Are you also seeing this from a PC (my.arlo.com)?
2. If you go into settings, and look the devices there - do you see the cameras show up?
3. Also, do you have a subscription for any of your cameras?
