I'm having issues, as of last night with the quality of one of my cameras.

Please see the images below.  The first, clear image is only visible through the device video settings.

The second, blurry, discolored image is the live view of the same camera...

 

No idea what is happening or how it happened or how to correct, but it can't be a lens issue is my assumption.

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

We won't be able to see those images unless the mods verify them. 

However, some users on here somewhat can see them ahead of this verification so they might be able to help.

It looks like the liveview is a highly magnified shot of the upper left corner.

 

Can you pinch-zoom it in?

Thank you.  I just tried and it is not zoomed in.  I can zoom in on the image.

This is a Pro 2?

 

Did you try removing the battery for a few seconds, and then reinsert it?  That will reboot the camera.

I did that as well!  It was after I charged the battery and put it back in that I noticed this issue.  Thank you all for your help.

What happens if you remove the camera from your account and add it back in as if new?

Will keep an eye on it over the coming days to see if it reverts.
