CVR Issues - When Scrolling I Get A Black Screen

I ordered CVR service and can’t access the timeline recordings. When I try and scroll and search all I get is a black screen. This is both on the IOS app and online as well. I even reset the entire system including the base station and cameras and still nothing. Any suggestions? Quite honestly I’m ready to throw the entire system in the garbage can!

It can take some time for the video to start playing. I guess the server has to find it and then start streaming it. And of course it's even slower if you have a slow internet connection. All the while, this camera is still uploading the constant video stream to the server
