I have just brought Arlo Pro 2 with 3 cameras, I'm having huge issues as cameras are not being found on my mobile. Everytime it searches keeps saying cannot find cameras, I have the cameras right by the base station, I've tried the online chat but they can't even help. I tried calling the NZ number for help, but doesn't even connect me to anyone...Please can someone help before I take it back to the retailer

Did you claim the base first before trying to sync the cameras? If so, try removing the base in Settings, My Devices. It may be worth also holding the reset button until the LEDs flash amber. Let the base reboot and claim again. When syncing the cameras, be sure to only briefly press the base sync button - don't hold it for 2 seconds - and then the camera button. Note that you don't need to use the app to do this.
