Battery charged but app says it isn’t

My Arlo app says by Arlo camera battery isn’t charged. But the battery is indeed fully charged (plugged in overnight and blue light showing). Camera is connected properly to the network according to the app.

If you log out and log back in, do you still see the same behavior?
