I bought a security package with 4 Arlo Pro 2 cameras and a base station from Best Buy in late November 2018.  I had best buy install the system.  When the tech did the install he said one of the cameras had a dead battery but the others were fully charged.  He replaced the battery with a spare he had.  I've had to recharge that battery 4 times since the install.  I haven't had to charge the other three cameras.  The camera that keeps dieing is the closest one to the base station.  It seems like a camera problem since the battery was already replaced.  Is this under warranty?  Should I contact Best Buy or Arlo since it is only 2 months old?

or it could be the battery the tech replaced ...

try and swap battery with another camera...see if the issue follows the battery or not.

If it turns out to be the camera , you need to contact Arlo support ( since it's prob from Nov...but couldnt hurt to ask BBuy )
