Battery Life draining fast. Do these cameras not work well in extreme outdoor conditions?

I have a total of 4 cameras which were installed 1/4/2018. 2 are outside and 2 inside. One of my outside cameras seems to be going thru battery life at an alarming rate of speed. This one is more exposed to the elements and as of right now the temperature outside is about -10 with windchill. I have the setting on this camera for best battery life. This morning the battery life was at 55% and 4 hours later it went down to 15%. The other camera outside is on my back porch outside and under a covering. Do these cameras not do well in extreme outdoor conditions?

Just a suggestion,  bring all of the cameras inside, fully charge them,  and record the discharge rate,  If you still see something out of the ordinary, I would open up a case with customer support.
