Battery 100%but camera not working

I just bought the arlo pro 2 pkg with 3 cameras. All 3 batteries are at 100 % . One of the cameras will only work if it is plugged into the charger .As soon as I detach it it goes offline. I can't find a support # or online help..Should I return the item or try and have the camera replaced? Any help would be appreciated:)

It's fastest to exchange the kit with the seller.
