Batteries not charging on Arlo Pro 2

My Arlo Pro 2 is less than. 1 year old and 3 of the 4 batteries will no longer charge. How do I get new batteries under the warranty?

Open a case here by using the Contact Support link at the bottom here and again on the new page. The 3rd page has contact options.
