Batteries are fully charged but when inserting them in, it still shows dead

Hi! I have 3 cameras and I have 2 spare batteries that I charge with an Arlo charger so I don’t have to pull the cameras down to change the battery. The charges says the batteries are charged completely when I put them into the camera. The camera does not acknowledge that the battery is charged and acts like it is still dead, regardless of which battery I am using (rotated 3 thru). Now my camera is offline unless I plug it in. Any ideas?

If you have a voltmeter, you can check the batteries... off charge about 8.4 v , prob sitting at about 7.8v

AND/OR

 clean / wipe terminal on battery... do they show charging when installed and charger plugged in ?  ( lighting bolt )
