Base station offline at holiday home. Had someone check. Tried turning off and resetting.

Have a Pro system set up at holiday home which I cannot get to.
The pictures have gone off and the message says base station off line.
Got someone to go in to check. Internet is still on and working. Base station is working and all the lights are green.
Tried turning power off and on to reset/settle down, which usually works, but not this time.
Question is....
If I remove device can I set it up again without actually being in the location?
I’m thinking not because I had to set up with my phone initially.
Now I’m flummoxed.
Any ideas anyone, please??

You must be physically present to be on that network to set up a system so yer stuck. However, have you tried force closing the app and reopen it to see if that helps? How about using the web client? You can use a mobile browser if necessary by setting it to use the desktop version of the site.
