Base station and cameras offline

My base station and all cameras are offline on the my phone and iPad. I updated the apps. Internet in my home is working. The base station is connected to the internet and the internet provider confirmed that the router is sending and receiving data with the base station. And I still get motion alerts through notifications. 
I have the free subscription. 

Any suggestions or recommendations?

It sounds like you need a remote sync done from the Arlo Cloud.  I'm tagging the mods - @BrookeN , @JamesC , @ShayneS - so they can do this for you.  One of them will reply here after they've done that.
