There is ZERO customer service. Power goes out during Hurricane Sally... and my entire system melts down. I’m so sick of the lack of support and terrible product (misses any important activity but catches right after the person leaves the frame). I’m planning to give this away to someone techy who can build a fake robot out of it.

RING... here I come!
