Base VBM4000 & Pro 2 cameras are not syncing together

I recently purchased a smarthub and it will not sync my Arlo Pro 2 cameras so I decided to use my old hub VBM4000 and now it will not sync my cameras.....any insights?

What device are you using the app on to add the cameras? The mobile device needs to be using the local wifi for adding devices.

Some say that they have success using an android device.

Make sure you have removed the cameras from the account before you add them back again.

Manual syncing is possible by momentarily pressing the base top button then pressing the camera top sync button.
