Base Station suddenly disconnected from network which was plugged in to router directly

My base station suddenly disconnect from the network, which I was plug in router directly. Other WiFi or network is fine with normal

Power button reboot ( off then on )

I'm having the same issue. Mine has been off for 2 weeks now, and I've tried all the resets, removing the external drive etc, and it won't reconnect.

Yes, I have reboot already

The network light on again, but when I use my apps, it showed base offline
