Base Station shows connected to Internet and all 3 lights are green. App says offline.

Base station shows connected to Internet, all 3 lights are green. But on the app everything is showing off line. I have reset the base, deleted and reinstalled the base, resynced the cameras, rebooted the WiFi, nothing has worked

What do you actually see on the mobile device?

 

What do you see in the browser interface?

 

Have you tried removing and reinstalling the app?
