Base Station Offline after Rebooting Router/Modem. Refuses to reconnect where middle LED is off.

I've tried reading every thread on here and am at my wits end.

This weekend I had to reboot my router. After doing so the base station refuses to reconnect to the internet. the middle LED is OFF. My router says the Arlo is connected and getting internet. Every other device in the home is online and fine, including the wired Arlo cameras.

troubleshooting tips?

I have rebooted it, unplugged all the wires, cycled the modem and router, etc etc -- all the stuff you would expect me to try.
