Base Station 5D08C7LA0080 without connection

I have Arlo 2 Pro (H16)  serial number 5J318BS037DCA/5J318BSR35D02 and and I have no connection any more. BaseStation (VMB3500r4) is connected internet, as well my another things, spa, heats, and air Condition.

I have done this; new batteri, restart internett, restart BaseStation, batteri out/in, resynk, oppdate firmv.

Both camera is for the moment next til Bace, but stil no connection. 

App is deleted and reinstalation with latest firmvare.

Is there any new rules from you?

Does the camera show up in the Devices page? Or are you trying to sync the camera to your base but failing?
