Bad image at night

Anybody have any ideas as to what is wrong with this particular camera? It looks horribly blurry at night. I don’t have a skin with a visor and the camera is set to best quality. It looks great during the day, but looks like this at night. I have 2 other cameras that look fine at night. Any help is appreciated. Thank you.

My first guess is moisture (dew?) on the lens. When it looks like this, wipe the lens with a soft, clean cloth and see if it improves.

I did try that already with a microfiber rag. I’ll try again tonight to see if I missed a spot
