BASE OFFLINE 3 GREEN LIGHTS ON

Cameras are able to record manually. BASE OFFLINE. Base has been offline for hours now,  3 green lights ON. Turn the base off,  reset and unplugged still 3 green lights, and OFFLINE whats going on?  Can we have some info please netgear?

@Mera: check out this long-running thread regarding this issue. I also just started having problems last night. I thought it had to have something to do with a recent update, but considering people have been complaining about this problem since 2016.. who knows?
