Can someone please explain why I can still get audio alerts when audio is turned off
Wind is causing casuing alerts to be sent to me so I turned off the audio in camera audio settings but am still receiving the alerts (push notifications)
Have tried a different camera and still happens
Have re-booted the Base Station and still happens
Have re-synced camera and still happens
What is wrong with these cameras
I try to contact via Live Chat and am told unavailable but states on page can be contacted anytime
Unless this is resolved soon then Arlo lose a sale as will be returning for a full refund plus postage
Any help appreciated

You need to turn audio detection off in your modes and rules, not in the camera settings.
