Recently, I have noticed on one of my camera that the video and audio are out of sync on one of my cameras.  The video of my dog barking is not in sync with the audio.  This is on the video file from Arlo's server.  I am using the app on an andriod (Galaxy) phone.   I have not examined the version on local storage.

Any suggestions on a fix?

Same here, as well as recorded video that has pixelating, freezing, speeding up, blurry images, etc.

It was never that way prior to April-May 2019.

I still have other problems that I mentioned in different topic that I started:

1) Random fail to detect and record video

2) Moving person in the video suddenly disappears, but the video keeps playing

3) Stops recording video while motion continues (it does not time out)

4) Periodic poor video quality

and  now add to the list:

5) video and audio out of sync.

After numerous and lengthy calls with tier 2 customer support, Arlo replaced the base station and one camera, but the problems continue.  I have concluded the Arlo system is just not that reliable and nothing can be done resolve the problem.

There are a couple ways this can happen, but I think most likely explanation in this case is video corruption/loss in the stored file.  It'd be useful to check the USB storage, and see if it is happening there as well.
