I have a home and work hub. Need to arm and disarm separately. How is that done in the new app?

Yes, if you see custom modes (not everyone does), then you can arm/disarm the hubs independently that way.
But geofencing would require two locations to be set up (unless both hubs are at the same address).

the one subscription was fine before, 5 cameras total.
If you have the 7-day free cloud storage, then there is no subscription issue, since that depends on the number of unsubscribed cameras in the account. But if you have a paid subscription, then you'd need one for each location in the new app.

One way is to create two locations in the account (adding "work"). But if you have a paid subscription, you will need one subscription per location.
