I have 6 Arlo Pro 2 cameras,- and have followed the community discussion about the issue;"AC power has been disconnected from your Arlo device. Activity Zones are currently disabled"- I have a subscription which allows managing activity zones on battery,- this function does not work, (did so in the past..) despite many contacts to the Arlo customer service,- and I have noticed Arlo claims the issue was solved with a 2019 software update,- I still have the problem and Customer service alerted me to the fact they are aware of this issue..I have been promised that someone would contact me to look into my problem,- I am still waiting...,- Please Arlo, you have a serious problem with your credibility, - as too may on the community web are experiencing this issue,- screaming for a solution.
