My account has always been the legacy 7-day cloud recordings since this feature was established at the time of my purchase and the setting up of my Arlo account.  NOW, each day, my recordings are changing to "live stream only" because someone in Arlo says I have "No Plan".  Someone needs to look into this in light of Arlo extending its support of the Arlo Pro 2 legacy cameras and continuation of the 7-day cloud recordings.  What's up and why aren't my cameras still under the 7-day cloud recordings as my account has been since its inception?

Please help!!!!

The 7 day cloud storage is still available. Are you able to see any recordings in the local storage or is it not recording any?

On the day that I posted this request, the motion events that had occurred on 3/29-3/30 were blackened and I was unable to view them on the morning of 3/30.  Later in the day after I posted this request, I logged back on to my account and the motion videos were readily available and clear as could be.  I am not sure what occurred that caused the blackened events, but I am glad the cameras are still working and in today's events, all [6 cameras] could be viewed.  Thank you for your timely response.

UPDATE:  Again, this morning, my "motion" events from overnight were "blackened" and could not be viewed.  I am not sure why this is still occurring with my Pro 2 cameras.    However, this afternoon, when I checked, the "motion" events were viewable.

I have the most recent app on my i-pad for viewing my Arlo events.

Thanks!

Can you please send a screenshot of what you are seeing?
