So the base unit says it’s offline.....I have reset the base unit, unplugged it, change the Ethernet cable, resyned it, powered it off and on, reset the router and unplugged it...but nothing has help....I have all 3 green lights on the base unit.....so I don’t know what else to do now...

The three green lights indicate that your base station is connected to the internet and the cameras are synced, so this is indeed strange. Has the system ever worked or is this a new setup?

Also, have you logged out and back in as well as tried both the app and a browser? Have you power cycled the base?

Similar issuesd with the base and cameras showing offline while they appear to be functioning (recording and sending notifications. Live view obviously doesnt work when all the assetts say offline.
Really buggy sw hopfully fixed soon

Are the cameras/Base Station appearing offline on the Arlo Mobile App or the web portal?

I dont normally use the web portal to check the devices. Checking it now they all show online and normal. You think it is just the android app?

If it is the android app; that makes sense because while the app says the cams are offline, they appear to be sending notificsations and recording video.
