Arlo pro2 in backyard kept sending motion detected and recording every 2 minutes during the day, but quiet at night, same mode, can’t figure out why

And I checked the video recorded, nothing there

Especially if this is new behavior, it's likely due to the sun's strong IR signature refecting off moving objects like cars, branches, leaves, etc. Repositioninig the camera (eliminate extraneous sources of movement) can help as well reducing motion sensitivity in your modes and rules. Many folks have multiple modes with daytime rules using lower motion sensitivity compared to nighttime modes/rules and use the schedule to automate switching. You need to test to see what level is needed while still recording what's real.
Also, realize that this can change according to the season since the sun is constantly changing its angle.
