I have a bran new arlo pro 2, 3 cameras and base station.
however the base station keeps going offline.
The first time it went offline i did the following
1)reboot it = no luck
2) change network cable = no luck
3) factory reset = this worked for 4 hours, then went offline again.
4) turn it off and on again = no luck
5) delete the base station from the app, can no longer discovery it
this device sounds faulty to me, any ideas?

the current light status is
power = orange
internet = off
cameras = off

power should be amber only during reboot....

Support are supplying a new power supply, i dont think it will change anything. But we will see.
