Arlo pro cam cannot pair

Hi, 

I brought the pro 2 cam and try to set up it, but it has failed. The base station had been connected though my router of Orbi RBR20, however the cam cannot be found in the app, having search whole night. 

Does anyone have such experience, please help me.

You don't need the app to set up a Pro 2. Simply breifly press the base sync button (don't hold it) and then the camera button. Does that work?

I tried, but did not work. I phoned the maintenance hotline and they said the cam may be not enough power to run, so let it charge. I will try it later with your suggestion after having full power. Thank you.
