Unable to charge batteries on Arlo pro 2. Called support on hold for 90mins. They agreed to send new charger. After a couple of weeks, called back, on hold 45mins. Was advised that the new charger was never processed. Was assured order was placed. Requested to speak to a supervisor. Haven’t heard from a supervisor and haven’t received the new charger. case # 40059437. Buyers beware!
