My camera is not charging when plugged into an extension cord? I need the extra length for the plug. My arlo cord is 10ft. Or can I buy a longer cord to reach a plug?

Are you using the arlo supplied charger and cable? If so and it’s not charging the battery then-
Battery is faulty or too low to charge.
Charger is faulty.
Cable is faulty.
