Arlo pro 2 refusing to connect. Blinked blues but stopped blinking within secs.

I have 1 Arlo Pro2 Camera that refuses to connect. It will Blick blue and within seconds stop blinking but the app is still trying to connect. It never goes Amber or blue after the initial blinking. Any suggestions? I'd hate to lose one of my cameras!
