What are the LEDs showing for the base station?

If you reset it by holding the base reset button until the LEDs flashed amber, you also need to remove it from your account in Settings, My Devices before you can claim it again.

The first is green. The second is not illuminated and the third is yellow

If the centre led is not showing then it indicates that the base has not connected to the local router modem.

The following are possible causes,

  • The Base station is faulty, have you recently had a lightning strike or a electrical outage?

  • The Ethernet cable is faulty, check connectors at each end for damage.

  • The router the cable plugs into might be faulty or needs a power cycle. Let us know if you are trying to use starlink system.
  •  Also some ports on routers are not meant for network connections, check router specifications.

The right led being yellow, suggests that the base station has been factory reset ok and is waiting to be claimed.

Getting the centre led to go green is important for going forward.
