Reboot the base and reinsert the camera battery to reset the camera. If no good, remove and resync the camera.

Hi, I’ve had the same for a few months, one camera stopped detecting motion but audio was ok. There was a solution on these forums that fixed some people’s problems. Didn’t work for mine, Arlo tech didn’t help.
The solution I came up with, was to check the battery connections, the little gold plated pins in the camera body can get out of align when changing or inserting. And even though gold plated, it’s a cheap plating that can still lose a solid connection.
After I carefully removed and checked positioning I cleaned the connections and replaced the battery, giving it a good wiggle after it locked in. Happy to say all works now. I’m guessing one of the pins is to power the motion detecting and was not.
Might not be your fix but worked for me.
