Hello,
is it possible to
have two different cameras working at the same time? I have the arlo
pro 2 and the essential outdoor camera. I connected the essential camera and I can’t see the arlo
pro 2 devices anymore but the devices are still working as I get notifications of movement. How do I see the Arlo pro 2 videos?

Just to be sure, did you use the same account to add the new camera so it would be seen a long with the old ones or did you use a different/new account?
What do the LEDs on your base station show? Have you logged out of the app and back in to see what happens? Try using a computer browser to see what the web client (my.arlo.com) shows.

Yes I used the same account. Everytime I get a notification with the Pro 2 and I click on it, it takes me to the new camera footage.
The LED on the base station shows blue. I did reset it twice. If I log out and in again, will I lose everything previously and will I have to connect all the cameras again?
Also, good point maybe I should also try the web browser. Thank you so much.

Logging out of the app doesn't cause any loss of your configuration or recordings.
