Arlo pro 2 cameras no longer showing in library but original cameras are.
They have been before then when the free subscription ended I can only live watch them where as I was advised they would always show in the library like the original ones. I called arlo support and told to reset camera, done that and turned off base station and back on and still nothing in the library. Arlo customer support them told me I would have to call back tomorrow (it’s Thursday lunch time) as currently no technical support staff to speak to and might be tomorrow!

Did you signup for the free subscription trial?
If so has it run out?
If so it’s likely the cause. You could try removing yourself from the free trial to get the cameras recording again.
You’re entitled to free 7days cloud recordings without subscription if the cameras are pro2 or older.
Regards arlo support, it’s a time zone issue, try contacting the regional arlo support number although they may now be discontinued.

Are you sure they're Pro 2 cameras? They still have the free 7 day plan while Pro 3 and 4 cameras do not.
