My cameras are no longer saving videos for 7 days like they are supposed to. What’s the deal? Arlo support is non existent for me.

For the arlo pro2 cameras the 7days free cloud library is still working for me in AU.

Power cycle the base station to start with.

Will the cameras live view ok and record to the library ok?
Will the cameras detect motion using the camera device utility motion test found in the camera settings page of the app?
You may need to reset the cameras by pulling battery for 10sec.

Correct. Live view works, I can record clips. Automatic recording off motion is the only thing that no longer works

Well, I was able to fix it by resetting the base station and re-syncing the cameras. Side note, Arlo refusing to offer any type of tech support for folks unless they sign up for a subscription is one of the most infuriating things I’ve experience with a product I purchased

Makes me wonder too, since I had to do similar on my base station yesterday.
