Arlo pro 2 camera won't charge - Haven't used them in a while

Arlo pro 2 cameras have been dead for a while and forgot to charge them. Now when I plug them in there is no flashing blue light. I take out the battery and reinsert it into the camera and it flashes one blue light and nothing. Hold sync down for 30 seconds and no lights flash when I plug in my camera it doesn't charge. Wondering if it's a battery issue or not.
