Arlo pro 2 camera not saving to library

One of my Arlo Pro two cameras is not saving any clips to the library, I tried removing and re-adding, and my software is up-to-date

Can you livestream that camera?  If you can, are you able to make a manual recording while livestreaming?

Yes i can save clips manually and livestream but it will not save videos based on motion detection

Check your active mode to ensure the cameras haven't been disarmed.
