Hi, I'm having an issue with my Arlo system.
I have 3 Arlo pro 2, and I want a CVR plan on one of them. Last year I bought the monthly CVR plan and everything was fine. Some days ago I bought a monthly CVR plan and I immediately noticed that I could not watch the record of the day or of the previous days. Furthermore I could not even watch the streaming of the CVR camera while the battery was charging, and I could only watch it when it run just on battery (that means that CVR was off). I already took multiple actions:
1) Reset the base station and resync the Arlo cam.
2) Stop the monthly plan and bought another one.
3) Changed the cam with the CVR on.
Nothing worked: when a cam got a CVR plan it stop working when charged an only works when on battery. I already spent a week trying to figure it out why is that, but nothing. Any help?

CVR requires the camera to always being AC-powered (the battery would go flat quickly because the camera is always operating/recording). Plug it in and verify that CVR is or isn't working (give it a few minutes so some video is available).
