I bought a forth pro 2 camera recently and added it to my subscription. It immediately updated firmware to 1.125.17.1 which was released a year ago. My other three pro 2 cameras are stuck with firmware for pro cameras 1.092.1.0 and firmware updates unavailable and the bugs that go with that because arlo has them listed incorrectly? How do I fix this?

Are you certain that the three original cameras are indeed pro 2.

The camera should have a label inside the battery compartment behind the battery that gives you the vmc number. Pro is vmc4030, pro 2 is vmc4030P.

the front face should have a flat outer Bessel that’s white for the pro 2, black for the pro.

in the mobile app look under settings/support/the camera for details of the model number.

If arlo does have the cameras wrong try removing one and adding back as a pro2 model.

Thank you for your response and you are sooo right! Inside the battery says Pro not Pro2. Duh, I feel stupid for not doing this before sending myself into a quandary. Thank you so much again.
