Arlo camera speakers are very low when using mic on my Android phone

When I press the mic on my android phone then talk I can barely hear the sound from the camera's. I have to be right up on the camera to hear. Is there any way to turn the volume up on the camera so I could hear if I'm at least 5ft away?

Are you using the new Arlo app or Arlo Legacy app? And do you have the latest Arlo app version? Have you tried rebooting your Android device to see if that helps?

I downloaded the new Arlo app and have version 2..9.2_25930 released 9/23/19. I also re-booted the camera's and when I tried speaking through my phone I only could hear the voice from the camera if I was right up on the camera. Is there something else I could try?
