Hi,
Our Alro system has been connected to our Eero mesh network & Secure subscription for some time and worked just fine, however, a week or so back I began to get an orange light on the base station - indication that it was not connected to the internet. After some trouble-shooting discovered that it works just fine if I turn off Eero Secure. I'd like to whitelist the Arlo servers on the Eero app, and have tried arlo.com, but that doesn't work. Does anyone know the server address(es) that the Arlo system uses so I can white list them? Or is there another work around?
(As an aside I seem to be having multiple issues with this, geofencing and the apparent loss of the free 7 day's cloud storage with my Arlo Pro 2's after adding an Essential Door Cam - may or may not all be inter-related! Not exactly plug and play at the moment...)
Thanks,
Richard

While I don't own Eero (I use Orbi myself), I have seen some other posts from people who have also found that they need to disable Eero Secure.
There's no easy way to identify all the relevant servers. If you can take a network trace of the DNS requests coming from the base, then you could figure it out. But that list likely will change over time.
